What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ varies by product — typically 25–60 pieces per design. For OEM or
custom designs, the MOQ may differ depending on the complexity. Trial orders for new buyers are

Do you offer product customization?
Yes, absolutely. We offer full customization — custom sizes, finishes, colors
(including Pantone matching), designs, and private label branding. Our OEM team works with buyers to

How long does production and delivery take?
Sample lead time is 7–14 days. Bulk production lead time is typically 30–45 days
depending on the quantity and complexity. Sea freight transit typically adds 15–35 days depending on the
destination. Air freight takes 3–7 days. We always confirm exact timelines before accepting an order.
Do you show prices on your website?
No — our pricing is MOQ-based and varies with order quantity, finish selection,
customization, and current raw material costs. We provide detailed price quotations within 24–48 hours
of receiving your inquiry with product names, quantities, and destination. All our quotes are
transparent with no hidden charges.
Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes, we strongly encourage sample orders before bulk production. We charge for samples
(sample cost + actual shipping), which is fully or partially refunded when you place a bulk order.
Samples are dispatched via DHL or FedEx and typically arrive within 5–10 days globally.
What payment terms do you accept?
For new buyers, we require 50% advance payment with the remaining 50% before shipment.
For established buyers with a track record, we offer extended payment terms. We accept bank wire (TT),
PayPal, and L/C for large orders. All transactions are transparent and documented.
